Avoid Lens Fog: How to wear your face mask

How to avoid eyeglass lens fogging:

1. Clean glasses with soapy water.

2. Mask should cover your nose completely for health reasons and covering the nose completely will limit lens fog. Extend the mask toward your nose bridge for best results.

3. Insert a folded tissue into the mask along the top. This will absorb moist and reduce lens fogging.

4. Medical grade tape: Tape the top rim of the mask to your skin to prevent moisture from leaving your mask.

Face Mask Fitting Reminders:

1) Cover the mouth and nose completely

2) Extend mask toward the bridge of the nose

3) Covering your chin to help get a good seal around the mouth
