Vizz ( aceclidine ophthalmic solution) selectively reduces pupil size resulting in improved near focus. Prescriptions can be filled beginning Oct. 2025.
Place one drop of Vizz in each eye and after 2 minutes insert the second drop in each eye. Near vision improvement may last up to 10 hours. Vizz can be administered on a daily basis or as needed.
A dilated retina exam is required before prescribing since eye drops which decrease pupil size ( miotics) have had rare cases of retina detachments.
